The Scholarship Ministry is now accepting applications for both the Pilgrim Organization Inc. (POI) Scholarship for graduating high school students, as well as for the Pilgrim Baptist Church Endowed Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students. Come One, Come All, come out to Vacation Bible School. Nightly, Monday, August 11, 2008 through Friday, August 15, 2008
at 6:30 PM. Refreshments will be served at 6:00 PM, before classes. Youth and adults are welcome. Invite a friend, neighbor, co-worker or, of course, family members.

- Pilgrim's Outdoor Worship Service and Picnic-
Pilgrim's outdoor worship service and picnic is Sunday, August 24, 2008. Praise and worship at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park. Sunday School will be held at 10:00 AM. Worship service will be held at 11:00 AM. There will be no 8:00 AM service on this Sunday. The picnic will start immediately after 11:00 AM service.
